So, my gtx 1060 is hitting <40% gpu usage, but my i5 2320 is hitting around 70-80% cpu usage. My settings are 100% res fullhd, e v e r y t h i n g low except view distance (far/epic), but my fps is still sh!t. But, when my gpu hits around 56% usage in certain areas in only 1 nanosecond, it gets 180fps.
